You can download or permanently delete your child’s data at any time — it’s your data, and the controls live right in your account.
To export, open your parent dashboard, go to Account & privacy, and choose “Download my data”. We email you a machine-readable copy of your child’s progress and account information, usually within a few minutes.
To delete, choose “Delete account” on the same screen. That erases your child’s data from our systems, ends any subscription, and can’t be undone. If you’d rather just step away for a while, pausing keeps everything safe for three months instead.
